The SymbioTech project (The European Alliance for Advancing Circular Economy via Industrial Digital Symbiosis) focuses on supporting the transition to a circular and sustainable economy by promoting the concept of Digital Industrial Symbiosis. Its main aim is to strengthen collaboration between industry, higher education institutions, and training providers while developing innovative training programmes, digital tools, and AI-based solutions that enable companies to share resources, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Through international cooperation and capacity-building activities, the project contributes to green skills development, sustainable industrial practices, and the digital transformation of European SMEs.

The EDU4PlastiCircular project focuses on promoting knowledge and skills related to plastics in a circular and climate-neutral economy. Its main aim is to develop and strengthen green competencies among higher education teachers, students, managers, and employees, while raising awareness about sustainable plastic use, recycling, and waste reduction. The project supports the green and digital transition by developing innovative training methods, open educational resources, and an e-learning platform, providing learning opportunities that help participants better understand and implement circular practices related to plastics.

The DigiENTAiD project (Digital First Aid Kit for Entrepreneurs) focuses on supporting small businesses and self-employed individuals in strengthening their resilience and adapting to the challenges of the digital economy. Its main aim is to help entrepreneurs whose businesses were affected by the COVID-19 crisis transition to more sustainable and digitally oriented business models. The project develops practical tools such as a digital readiness self-assessment tool, a competence matrix, and a blended training programme that supports entrepreneurs and consultants in improving digital skills, digital marketing practices, and crisis-resilient business strategies. Through international cooperation and training activities, DigiENTAiD contributes to enhancing the digital transformation and long-term sustainability of small enterprises.

The MicPlaPROB project (Microplastics: Tomorrow’s Macro Problem) focuses on raising awareness about microplastic pollution and its environmental impact. Its main aim is to educate young people, teachers, and educational institutions about the sources, risks, and consequences of microplastics while encouraging more responsible and sustainable behavior regarding plastic use. The project develops educational materials, e-learning courses, and awareness-raising activities that help integrate the topic of microplastics into teaching and public discussions. Through international cooperation between partners from Slovenia and Italy, the project contributes to improving environmental education and promoting solutions to reduce plastic pollution.
We are also involved in other projects
We have been (and still are) involved in various Erasmus+ projects through the International School for Business and Social Studies (ISSBS) Celje, Slovenia, as their staff, mostly dealing with the digital part of the projects.
