DigiENTAid is an Erasmus+ project designed to help small businesses and self-employed professionals strengthen their resilience by embracing digital transformation. The project was created in response to the challenges many SMEs faced during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, when traditional business models proved vulnerable to unexpected disruptions. By promoting digital innovation, the project supports entrepreneurs in building more sustainable, flexible and future-ready businesses.
The project develops practical training resources, self-assessment tools and a comprehensive learning programme focused on digital readiness, crisis resilience and customer engagement. Participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to improve their digital presence, adopt modern business practices and use digital marketing more effectively to reach and retain customers in an increasingly competitive environment.
At DERMOL Digital Business Solutions, we contribute to the project’s communication, dissemination and digital development activities. Our role is to support the visibility of the project and ensure that its educational resources and project outcomes are presented through accessible, user-friendly digital solutions. By helping partners effectively communicate project results, we contribute to the long-term impact and sustainability of the initiative.
DigiENTAid also encourages collaboration between business support organisations, vocational education providers and digital experts from across Europe. Through international cooperation and the exchange of good practices, the project empowers entrepreneurs to adapt to changing market conditions, strengthen their competitiveness and confidently navigate the digital economy. The resources developed within the project continue to support SMEs beyond the project’s lifetime, contributing to a more resilient and digitally skilled European business community.
