In February 2026, we at DERMOL svetovanje d.o.o. disseminated the EDU4PlastiCircular (EDU4Plastic) project during the UPSCALE Experts Workshop No. 2 held at the University of Eswatini.
The workshop took place on 26–27 February 2026 at the IDE Lecture Theatre on the Kwaluseni Campus and brought together higher-education experts, universities, and policymakers from Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa to discuss graduate employability tracking and dual higher-education models.
At the event, Alenka Dermol, Valerij Dermol and Špela Dermol represented our company and introduced the EDU4PlastiCircular project during discussions and networking sessions.
Through these interactions, we presented the project’s goals, which focus on developing green skills in higher education, promoting circular economy approaches to plastics, and creating innovative digital learning tools, including an e-learning platform for teachers, students, and professionals.
Participating in this international workshop allowed us to increase awareness of the project among universities and experts from different regions and to explore opportunities for future cooperation in the fields of sustainability education and plastic circularity.
