SymbioTech is a European Erasmus+ project that brings together universities, research institutions, businesses and innovation organisations to accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable and circular economy through Digital Industrial Symbiosis. The project aims to help organisations collaborate more effectively by combining digital technologies, artificial intelligence and innovative learning approaches with circular economy principles.
Over a period of 36 months, the international consortium is developing practical educational resources, digital tools and collaborative solutions that enable businesses, educators and professionals to better understand and implement industrial symbiosis. By improving knowledge exchange and promoting sustainable business practices, SymbioTech contributes to Europe’s green and digital transition.
At DERMOL Digital Business Solutions, we are responsible for supporting the project’s digital activities and communication. Our expertise contributes to the development of online solutions that make project results accessible, engaging and easy to use for partners, stakeholders and the wider public. As part of the consortium, we help create digital environments that support collaboration, dissemination and long-term sustainability of the project’s outcomes.
The project also focuses on strengthening the skills of SMEs, educators and future professionals by providing innovative training programmes, micro-learning modules and practical resources. Through international cooperation and knowledge sharing, SymbioTech promotes greener business models, increased resource efficiency and new opportunities for innovation across Europe.
